Instead of making unrealistic income promises, CC&B focuses on consistent load searching, professional rate negotiation, and helping identify opportunities that align with your operating goals.
What types of trucks does CC&B dispatch?

Do I have to accept every load CC&B finds?
No. Your truck. Your authority. Your decision. We present and negotiate opportunities based on the preferences you establish with us, but you maintain final approval over the loads your company accepts.
Can I choose where I want to run?
Absolutely. During onboarding, we learn your preferred lanes, states or areas you want to avoid, home-time requirements, deadhead preferences, and other operating priorities. We use those preferences to help guide our load searches and dispatch strategy.
