Common questions
We believe in full transparency and clear communication. Find answers to key questions about our dispatch services, load booking criteria, and onboarding process.
What does CC&B consider when searching for a load?
We consider factors such as your:
Equipment Type • Current Location • Preferred Lanes • Rate Expectations • Deadhead Preferences • Home-Time Needs • Weight Preferences • Operating Schedule
The objective is to identify opportunities that make sense for your operation.
How does CC&B negotiate rates?
CC&B communicates with brokers and negotiates rates within the parameters you've established for your operation.
We consider more than the advertised rate when evaluating an opportunity. Mileage, deadhead, destination, equipment requirements, timing, and how the load positions your truck for the next opportunity can all matter.
Does CC&B handle all aspects of the paperwork process?
CC&B assists with organizing and submitting carrier information necessary for dispatch-related broker setup.
Keeping your carrier documents organized helps make the booking process more efficient when the right opportunity becomes available.
How does CC&B plan routes and loads to accomodate carriers?
Where a load delivers can affect what opportunities are available next. That's why our dispatch approach can consider both the immediate opportunity and how it fits within your preferred operating lanes.
We work with your established preferences when helping plan your next move. Loads for there and back to your preferred destination.
Does CC&B guarantee a certain weekly income or rate per mile?
No reputable dispatch service can guarantee what the freight market will pay. Rates and availability can change based on location, equipment, season, market conditions, and other factors. Instead of making unrealistic income promises, CC&B focuses on consistent load searching, professional rate negotiation, and helping identify opportunities that align with your operating goals.
What types of trucks does CC&B dispatch?
CC&B Transport Solutions currently provides professional dispatch support for semi-trucks and box trucks. Our approach is tailored to the carrier’s equipment, operating area, preferred lanes, schedule, and individual business goals.
Do I have to accept every load CC&B finds?
No. Your truck. Your authority. Your decision. We present and negotiate opportunities based on the preferences you establish with us, but you maintain final approval over the loads your company accepts.
Can I choose where I want to run?
Absolutely. During onboarding, we learn your preferred lanes, states or areas you want to avoid, home-time requirements, deadhead preferences, and other operating priorities. We use those preferences to help guide our load searches and dispatch strategy.
